Rory Elefano serves as Treasurer of the Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDC) in Toronto. In this role, she oversees the organization’s financial management, helping ensure responsible stewardship of funds that support PIDC’s programs, events, and community initiatives.

Through her work with the council, Rory contributes to the financial planning and coordination necessary to support major cultural celebrations, including the annual Mabuhay Philippines Festival at Nathan Phillips Square. Her role helps ensure that PIDC continues to operate effectively while promoting Filipino culture and community engagement throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
