Melinda Manlapaz serves as Auditor of the Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDC) in Toronto. In this role, she helps review and monitor the organization’s financial records to ensure transparency, accountability, and proper financial practices within the council.
Through her involvement with PIDC, Melinda supports the organization’s mission by helping maintain financial integrity while the council continues to organize cultural programs and community events, including the annual Mabuhay Philippines Festival at Nathan Phillips Square.
