Jean Pardo serves as Vice President, External of the Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDC) in Toronto. In this role, she helps strengthen relationships with community organizations, cultural partners, sponsors, and stakeholders who support PIDC’s programs and events.

Through her work with the council, Jean contributes to the continued success of the Mabuhay Philippines Festival and other initiatives that celebrate Filipino culture, heritage, and community spirit. Her involvement helps promote collaboration and engagement within the Filipino-Canadian community while building meaningful connections with the broader multicultural community across the Greater Toronto Area.
